THE FOLD FEST BANGLADESH
ভাঁজের উৎসব
Fold, Create, Celebrate.
24 October – 11 November 2026
World Origami Days 2026
Kun Creative Studio presents THE FOLD FEST — Bangladesh (ভাঁজের উৎসব), an independent creative initiative celebrating the art, ideas and possibilities of origami.
Bringing together art, mathematics, architecture and creative learning, the festival aims to introduce origami to more children and young people in Bangladesh and encourage them to explore how a simple fold can become a starting point for imagination, discovery and creation.
The programme will feature origami workshops, discussions exploring the connections between origami, mathematics, architecture and art, an exhibition of origami installation art, and large-scale origami sculptures. The initiative will also be documented and digitally archived to preserve its creative process and share its outcomes with a wider audience.
Through this initiative, Kun Creative Studio hopes to nurture curiosity, encourage creative experimentation, and build connections between Bangladesh’s emerging origami community and the wider international origami network.
